Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to pounds sterling or your own currency.

We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express and Diners card. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Lines are open from 7.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 4pm on Saturday. An answering machine is in operation outside of these hours.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

If your order contains a PML or POM-VPS medicine you may receive a telephone call so that we can confirm the order. Please ensure we have your contact details, a mobile telephone number is always helpful. We reserve the right not to supply any medicine as our own discretion. When using these products please follow the manufacturers instructions at all times.

NOTIFICATION OF SHORTAGES ON A DELIVERY

Any shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Shipping And Handling Postage and packing costs are a maximum of £7.00 per 25kg with a maximum postage of £47.00 + VAT for 1000kgs within the GB mainland. Although some outlying areas may incur a surcharge on carriage.

The delivery charge is calculated automatically for each individual item.The total delivery charge for your specific order is shown when you proceed to the checkout page. The delivery charge is calculated for each individual item rather than per kg.

"FREE DELIVERY" covers a maximum weight of 25kgs within one parcel. Orders over this weight may be charged at the £7.00 standard rate. Please note only selected brands and sizes are covered by this FREE DELIVERY offer. All others products are subject to carriage at the standard rate.

Our orders are delivered to you via Fastway and FED EX UK Couriers.

Please note that small items weighing less than 1.2kg will be sent parcel post at cost.

Delivery Schedule At G J W Titmuss Ltd we pride ourselves on our delivery service and aim to despatch all orders on the working day after they are received by us.

Our delivery service ensures that all orders to GB mainland areas will be delivered within 48 hours after despatch.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
